TRIATHLETE, YOGA TEACHER, AND ACCOUNTANT

HI, I’M LOUISE

I'm a triathlete. I started my journey into triathlon often getting injured and missing training. Now, I'm a multiple-time British Champion and European Medalist that continues to get faster as I get older.

One of my crucial turning points from my days as a London-based accountant with permanent niggles and aches to an accomplished, top age-group triathlete, was my discovery of what I like to call, ‘active recovery’.

Yoga has allowed me to remain competitive as an athlete while feeling fit, healthy, and mentally strong inside and outside triathlon season.

YOGA IS A CRITICAL TOOL FOR RECOVERY

I believe rather than trying to do more, training smarter and recovering well is the key to consistent, injury free training that will give you the results you want and deserve.

Incorporate yoga into your training programme if you want:

RECOVERY

To kick start your recovery between training and injury

EFFICIENCY

Improve your efficiency to go longer / harder / faster

OPTIMISE

To optimise your power and stop wasting time

RESILIENCE

A more resilient body, A calmer, more focused mind

YOGA WILL ENABLE YOU TO PERFORM BETTER & TRAIN HARDER

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Few people understand the intricacies of endurance sport, the impact of really hard lifetime training, or the difficulties of getting back into high-intensity, high-impact sport after years out, than an accomplished 40-something triathlete.

Choosing to work with me 1:1 and adding yoga into your regular routine is choosing to work with someone with the highest level of expertise to give you the edge. Yoga is not only a tool for physical performance but will help you to simultaneously transform your mindset, making you resilient and ready to handle stress both in sport and life overall - whether you are a competitive athlete or not.
